What happens when your sweet boys can't decide on just 1 flavor of icing??? You use all 3!! ;) Pretty? No. Tasty? Absolutely! (The cake is made with a Diet DP so it's technically "low fat"...right?? The icing, on the other hand, not so much!)
On another note, this ice cream is simply heaven. It's sweet, creamy, heavenly.
Needless to say, there has been no shortage of sweets in the Truby household this week. Oh well...veggies on the menu next week! :)

Christi~I think I originally heard about this from Weight Watchers...you mix a can of diet soda with cake mix and SURPRISE!! You have a cake. No eggs, no oil, nothing but the cake mix and the diet soda. It is surprisingly moist and tastes great. I googled it recently and got a ton of other ideas for using different types of sodas and mixes. :)
**Also, I'd maybe cook it a few extra minutes...just in case.
