Sunday Run #3
Today was awesome!! The weather was perfect! We (Jana, Kami, and I) ran for 70 minutes and ran 6.5 miles!! My body is aching right now but during the run, I felt great! This gives me such confidence in knowing that I will be able to complete the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving, which is 7.2 miles!! Anyone else want to join?? :)

Audra Reeves, Diane and Chris are running it...maybe you'll see them out there. We are doing the 5k and not the 8 at the turkey trot...too much traffic to fight after the long race. Then marisa and I are going to attempt the 15k that sat with our Plano Pacers group...we'll see. I've recruited more people from school to run the half so we'll have a fun group...maybe we'll do a cookout afterwards and chill out with brews and camping chairs :)
I really love you. You follow through with whatever you put your mind to. Way to go!!!
